WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
Rich vanilla and cocoa, combined with spicy blackberries and pepper. The tannins are muscular with a structured mouthfeel leading to a supple finish with touches of anise and cherries
T&T NOTES: Wine was decanted for 90 minutes before tasting.
COLOR: Deep Ruby
SMELL: Tart raspberry, young fig, limestone, chalk.
TASTE: Light red fruit, slight citrus on front. Finishes full and sweet with plenty of tannins.
